He LOVES his water!!!

I am so glad that Kingston loves water and I don't have to force it down him or try some tricky way of getting him to drink it.  On the other hand, I do have to be careful when I bring out his water because when he has it...there is no taking it away!

My Joy!

Kingston is now 7 months old and he is learning new things everyday. It is so amazing to watch him soak in his surroundings
and learn new things.  I must say that I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute and every stage of Kingston's life! He is now crawling, eating veggies, drinking from a sippy cup, and smiling all the time!  Kingston, my sweet baby boy, you are my joy and I love you forever!

LIFE happens!

2009 has been a wild ride with its fair share of ups, down, and all the crazy "in-betweens". Times like these however remind us  of the blessing we seem to pass by each and every day. There is just something about listening to your child laugh or watching them sleep. These are the precious joys we miss when our day at work is not going so well or when life just happens! We are tremendously blessed with the family, friends and community we are surrounded with. Take a minute and absorb the joy that is  in front of you before you let a frustrating situation take advantage of  your patience and virtue. It's almost become kind of cliche to talk about slowing down and paying attention to the things around you more. What a tremendous shame it would be to not heed the simple message in that suggestion. I don't know about you all but it felt like my son was born yesterday and he is moving and talking and smiling like a little boy. We never seem to be able to pinpoint where the time goes but it sure is going.

Grace and Peace

Josh
